Star Hill will offer a wide spectrum of programs utilizing the facility’s amenities, including:
- Youth and adult leagues, clinics, and tournaments in a variety of sports on the turf and hardwood surfaces
- Summer camps and recreation programs
- Youth and adult swimming and diving lessons
- Swimming and diving teams
- Senior programs including fitness, group fitness, water aerobics, and nutrition
- Group fitness programs, including aerobics, yoga, pilates, spinning, etc…
- Strength and conditioning, and personal training programs for youth, adults, and seniors
- Nutrition and wellness programs
- Coaching and refereeing clinics and certifications
All participants must have a signed waiver on file with Star Hill Family Athletic Center.
