Star Hill is pleased to announce our partnership with 4Goals LLC, a professional field hockey organization. 4Goals was established to develop field hockey athletes as strong, confident individuals by promoting the game of field hockey through camps, clinics, tournaments, and seminars around the country. Marcia Pankratz started 4Goals in 2004, and Debra Brickey joined the company in 2008.
4Goals will serve as the Technical Director for Star Hill's comprehensive field hockey programs. 4Goals will develop all field hockey programs, develop the curriculum and teach all field hockey events at Star Hill. The programs that will be offered at Star Hill are Leagues, Tournaments, Clinics, Camps, Seminars/Workshops and an Elite Team Program.Detailed information regarding our Field Hockey Programs can be found here at www.starhillsports.com, or at www.4goals.net.
Debra Brickey
Deb is currently the Director of 4Goals LLC. She travels the country extensively promoting field hockey through camps, clinics, and tournaments. Deb has over 13 years of field hockey coaching experience as a Head Coach at Northwestern University and Virginia Commonwealth University and as an Assistant Coach at the University of Connecticut and the University of North Carolina.
As a graduate of the University of Iowa, Deb earned her Bachelor's degree in Education and Exercise Science. While a student athlete at Iowa, she was selected a two-time All-American and a three- time All-Big Ten Player. Deb represented the United States as a member of the National Team, competing all over the world. Deb has recently accepted a Head Coaching position for the USFHA Futures Program in Connecticut.
Prior to joining 4Goals, Deb was a Senior Manager with FedEx Office in the Connecticut Region.
Marcia Pankratz
Marcia is completing her 10th year as the University of Michigan Field Hockey Head Coach. Under Marcia's leadership, the field hockey program won the National Championship in 2001, achieved five Big Ten Regular Season Championships, as well as, three Big Ten Tournament Championships. Marcia has been selected Big Ten Coach of the Year three times during her tenure.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Marcia was a two-time All-American; two-time Big Ten MVP, and Big Ten Athlete of the Decade. Marcia is a two-time Olympian, competing in the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul South Korea, and in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. Marcia has represented the USA in over 100 international matches.
