Weather Update: Saturday, Feb 17 (5pm)
Obviously there is a storm coming tonight. Our intention is to stay open tonight (ground is warm, won't stick right away, etc...). If it ends by 4-5am as they say, we would like to be open for 7am games.
All this of course depends on the local towns reaction and clean up efforts. We will watch the local roads and make the call in the morning by 5am.

Session 2 Practices are done
Session 3 Practices begin on Monday, March 5th
U8, U9 & U10 teams practice from 5-6pm (Black field)
U11 - U14 teams practice from 6-7pm (Black field)
Youth Soccer Leagues - Session 3 starts on Saturday, February 24th
No registrations will be taken after Saturday, February 17th.

Lori Riordan - Star Hill Fitness Director
Lori has over 18 years of experience in the industry. As our Fitness Director, she oversees our Personal Training and Group Fitness departments, trains clients and teaches classes. Lori focuses on metabolic conditioning training and the use of functional strength, which allows clients to achieve goals with maximal success in minimal time. She feels that fitness is for everyone and firmly believes that "The more you move, the better you will feel." With a focus on the whole picture including nutrition, flexibility and overall physical and mental wellbeing, Lori helps clients to live a healthy life. Her training and certifications include AFFA, ACE, AAAI and Sports Nutrition through ACE.
Bruno has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He has his certifications through AAAI and AFTA. Bruno enjoys helping people of all levels to reach their fitness goals. He employs the use of functional equipment such as sleds, suspension apparatus, tires and free weights to challenge clients beyond their comfort zone. Bruno can help you with tips on how to lose body fat, get stronger or just to get comfortable working out. If you see him, be sure to say "hi".
Through her love and teachings of yoga, Laura believes in the mind-body and breath connection. She shares this approach with clients in her training sessions as well. Her focus on core strength, balance and stability as well as calorie burning, make her sessions fun and effective! She received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2009 and her AFAA certification in 2014. She is also trained in Silver Sneakers Classic and brings her unique style to teaching group fitness. Matt demonstrates his passion for fitness regularly. He uses his own personal experience in exercise, accompanied with what he has learned through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to help clients reach their goals. Matt's love for exercise extends beyond the fitness center. He plays in multiple competitive soccer leagues at Star Hill year round. Staying fit is more than a job for Matt, it's a way of life. He encourages his clients to push themselves to reach beyond their comfort zone in the gym. In doing this, you'll not only learn about your body, but also a little more about the person inside.
Andre has always had a true passion for exercise and fitness. He's played competitive sports throughout high school and while in college. Andre incorporates personal experience in conjunction with a competitive sports background to help individuals reach their fitness goals. His traing background includes strength and conditioning, weight loss and nutrition. Andre is certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
