GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Ab Blaster: A 30 minute abdominal and core training class. Get your mid section toned and conditioned in this fun class.
All in One: You'll get a little of everything in this class; calorie burning cardio, toning with a variety of equipment . This is a well-rounded workout and excellent for people who are returning to exercise.
Aqua Aerobics: An energizing, low impact water fitness that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises.
Boot Camp: This class is the ultimate workout for the cross trainer. We will challenge your agility, speed, strength, and endurance. This is a great workout for cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.
Circuit Walk: An instructor led fitness walk either outdoor or in the Dome. You will use body weight or props to tone and strengthen, tighten core and utilize balance. Stretching will be included to lengthen and limber. Great for all levels!
Cycle: Start pedaling and have our instructors take you on a 60 minute ride to Health and Wellness. All levels are welcome!
Gentle Yoga: Perfect for those new to yoga or those just looking to stretch, lengthen tight muscles, unwind, breathe.
Group Centergy:™ Our newest program which incorporates Yoga and Pilates exercises. You will enjoy this revitalizing workout!!! Group Centergy™ will be launched on September 20 at 11:00am.
Group Power:™ This riveting group barbell class is a full-body strength training program with the latest and greatest music.
Heated Yoga Flow: A heated room allows you to deepen your practice as you flow through the poses of varying intensity. Beginners will be shown modifications.
HIIT: High intensity interval training with alternating bursts of high intensity exercises with periods of low intensity or rest. This is the ultimate formula to blast fat and increase fitness. For all leves as moves can be modified.
Insanity: Burn fat fast with this intense workout using "max interval training" and boddy weight for resistance
Kickboxing: An intense full lbody workout with martial arts inspired choreography and drills. Fun for all fitness levels.
Pickle Ball: The fastest growing sport that incorporates tennis, badminton, ping pong and racquetball. Players use a Pickle Ball and hit a wiffle ball over the low net. The game is played in the Dome.
Pilates: A workout which emphasizes flexibility, musclar strength and endurande with a focus on core strength and postural alignment.
Pure Strength: Increase LEAN muscle mass by decreasing body fat while adding strength and definition. Use of free weights, body weight and other equipment will be used.
Senior Softball: all levels welcome, male and female, no teams, just free play. Come join the fun!
Silver Sneakers™Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Muscular Strength and Range Movement is the Silver Sneakers core class for total body conditioning. An instructor guides you through functional, daily exercise with resistance tools to be used at your own pace. Benefits: Improve overall strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
Step and Tone: A cardio workout using the step which incorporates weights to strengthen and tone.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is beneficial for defense training but more important to your overall health. Balance and agility are challenged and improved during this slow moving martial art technique for all ages.

Zumba: This "Latin Inspired" class leaves you invigorated. The class offers tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy.
