Lori Chapman - Star Hill Fitness Director:
Lori oversees our Personal Training service and our Group Fitness Classes. Lori is an accomplished personal trainer and group fitness instructor who comes to us with over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Lori has been a trainer, head trainer and a master trainer. She has had the opportunity to work with people of all ability levels including clients with major mobility limitations and disabilities.
As an instructor Lori is trained in, and teaches Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Aquatic Fitness, Cycling and a variety of other disciplines that she incorporates into her workouts to make them fun and fresh.
Lori also has an avid interest in diet and nutrition through her own pursuit of healthful eating. She emphasizes flexibility and relaxation in addition to strength and form in developing a well rounded program.
