Therapies Available:

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue is a modality that gets into muscle and/or fascia beyond the superficial layer. Deep Tissue work identifies and alleviates musculoskeletal discomfort by restoring muscle layers to move independently, sliding and gliding upon each other again.

Swedish Massage
A style of massage with long lengthening strokes and gentle muscle kneading to relax the body and release tension. This technique uses light to moderate pressure on the body

Upper Body Focus
This customized session is focused on releasing postural tensions and opening up the chest muscles to encourage better alignment of the neck and spine. Relieving upper back and mid back discomfort.

levator-scapulaeLower Body Focus

This customized session is focused on the muscles of the lower back, pelvis, quads and hamstrings. Opening up and releasing tension in and around joints that will provide better range of motion now and lessen joint discomfort in later years

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle hands-on mehod of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the body for those suffering from tension, stress and dysfunction in all its many manifestations, through the Craniosacral System that is comprised of membranes and fluids that surround the cranium and spinal column.

Combining a thorough intake process with sound clinical judgement I will create a session that is sensitive to your needs and that of your health care team. I look to ease any discomfort, pain or nausea.

Included with every session:

Combines ancient therapies with modern space technologies, delivering therapeutic Far Infrared Rays and Negative Ions through Amethyst & Quartz crystals. This tri-synergy system relieves pain and restores balance and energy to the human body. The BioMat provides an environment in which the body can get rid of the acidic waste and toxins and have health and vitality restored. Far Infrared Rays warm the body with radiant heat, penetrating 6 – 8 inches when amplified by amethyst and quartz. This helps your body remove toxins and purify blood, clear out free radicals and revive cells, reduce swelling and inflammation, enhance immune function. Negative Ions help restore pH to a balanced, alkalized state which can enhance sleep, decrease drowsiness, and stress, and enhance mental well-being. Amethyst Crystals impart a soothing and calming effect while providing powerful detoxification for respiratory, digestive, and cellular disorders. They help boost hormonal production and naturally amplify far infrared waves.

Customizing Massage Oil Blends:

Coconut Oil $0.00
Absorbed well by the skin, great for psoriasis, rich in vitamin E. I prefer this as it contains Lauric Acid which is a great anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral & anti-inflammatory.

Sweet Almond Oil $0.00
Sweet almond oil is full of vitamin E, vitamin A, monosaturated fatty acids, potassium, and zinc. Mild and gentle on the skin. Great for all skin types. Hydrates skin and relieves itching. Plus, the vitamin A can help reduce acne. Because the oil easily penetrates skin, it is great for cleaning out the dirt and oil that accumulates in your pores. This process can prevent blackheads and acne from developing.

Avocado Oil $0.00
Avocado oil contains vitamin E, potassium and lecithin which moisturizes and nourishes skin, relieving inflammation from psoriasis and eczema. The fatty acids and oleic acids found in avocado oil help to accelerate wound healing. It has been found that folks with an allergy to latex may be allergic to avocado oil.

Argan Oil $3.00
Improves skin elasticity, hydrates skin, relaxes sore muscles and eases swelling and joint pain. It as well does not leave the skin with an oily or greasy feeling. I find the best use for this oil is directly after a shower. Use organic pure Argan Oil and apply to skin. You will find your skin smoother, more elastic, and healthier.

Jojoba Oil $2.00
Jojoba oil is loaded with Vitamin E and B and beneficial minerals (like chromium, copper, and zinc) that nourish and protect skin. Jojoba oil is also a natural antioxidant, which protects skin from damage caused by free radicals.
Jojoba oil does not clog pores and it leaves skin feeling soft and silky after a massage,

Shea Butter $2.00
Moisturizes Dry Skin, Treats Acne and Blemishes. Reduces Skin Inflammation. Anti-Aging and Anti-Free Radical Agent. Provides Relief to Itchy and Peeling Skin. Restores the Elasticity Of The Skin. Reduces Stretch Marks.

Immune Strong $10.00
Eucalyptus Oil is diffused during the session. Eucalyptus is a powerful respiratory aid and has a strong influence on breathing. Eucalyptus stimulates oxygen uptake in our cells and increases circulation.

Healthy Skin $10.00
Rose Hip seed and Helichrysium create a potent, nourishing and healing tonic for the skin, that is great for everyday use. Food for the skin. Helichrysium has profound healing properties for aging and dry skin.

Muscle Relief $10.00
Aromatherapy for muscles: ginger oil is infused with rosemary and coconut oil then warmed up for deeper muscle and joint relief, as well as reduce bruising and inflammation. Feel free to substitute Argan oil here for a small fee.

CBD $15.00
CBD becoming one of the most sought-after supplements in the world. It helps alleviate stress, anxiety, insomnia, nausea, inflammation, and muscle joint pain. CBD is the non-intoxicating component of the Cannabis plant with enormous therapeutic benefit.

A graduate of CCMT in 2016, Beth is a Therapeutic Bodyworker who employs modalities of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, and acupressure in her daily practice.

"I listen to the client, to understand how they feel discomfort, I then
listen with my hands, as I let the body tell it’s story"
As a Bodyworker, she finds that if you take the time for a massage now, you will minimize joint discomfort and the effects that stress puts on your body in later years.
