Swim Lesson Update:  Registration links for Fall Swim Lessons are now available HERE.

2022/23 CFC/Star Hill Soccer

UPDATE regarding Evaluations for players born in 2012 & 2013.  A scheduling conflict with town programs has caused us to have to RESCHEDULE evaluations.  Evaluations for BOYS will now be held on Friday (11/4) at 5:30pm at Star Hill.  GIRLS who registered on the CFC website will be invited to a separate training session by coach Lauren.


The CFC/Star Hill program is offered to players born between 2011-2016 for the 2022/23 year.  More information can be found HERE.

Group Fitness Schedule








All in One:  You'll get a little of everything in this class; calorie burning cardio and toning with a variety of equipment . This is a well-rounded workout and excellent for people who are returning to exercise.


Aqua Aerobics:   An energizing, low impact water fitness class that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises. 


Barre:  Choreographed combinations of Dance, Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. This low impact, high intensity class is great for all ages and fitness levels.


Body Balance:  This mind/body flow will align the senses and leave you feeling stronger, more balanaced and maybe even a little bit more Zen!


Cycle:  Pedal your way to cardiovascular fitness while building strength and endurance in a high energy class.


Gentle Yoga:  Perfect for those new to yoga or those just looking to stretch, lengthen tight muscles, unwind and breathe.


Group Power™:  Maximize your workout results with one hour of cutting-edge strength training! Get muscle and movement strong when combining traditional strength training with functional exercises and the revolutionary science of Loaded Movement Training, using an adjustable barbell, body weight and heart pounding music. POWER UP!

HIIT:  High intensity interval training with alternating bursts of high intensity exercises and periods of low intensity or rest.  This is the ultimate formula to blast fat and increase fitness.  For all levels, as moves can be modified.

Pure Strength:  Increase LEAN muscle mass by decreasing body fat while adding strength and definition. Use of free weights, body weight and other equipment will be used.


Silver Sneakers Clasic™:   Seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living.


Silver Sneakers Circuit™:  Offers standing, low-impact choreography, alterrnated with standing upper-body strength work with had-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.


Silver Sneakers Splash™:  A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and safe for noon-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.


Strength Express: Increase LEAN muscle mass by decreasing body fat while adding strength and definition. Use of free weights, body weight and other equipment will be used.


Tabata:  A fast paced interval workout that utilizes compound full body exercises to challenge your cardiovascular system and build strength


Tai Chi:  Tai Chi is beneficial for defense training but more important to your overall health. Balance and agility are challenged and improved during this slow moving martial art technique for all ages.


Yoga: The practice of different postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Balance and full body relaxation are the goals of this class.


Zumba™:  This "Latin Inspired" class leaves you invigorated. The class offers  tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy. The class features interval training techniques where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the bodywhile burning fat.


Zumba Gold™:  A full body workout at a slower pace than Zumba. It is ideal for beginners, seniors and anyone that enjoys international music and dance movements. Come join the party and learn this fun effective way to work out.



Other Offerings



Pickle Ball:  The fastest growing sport that incorporates tennis, badminton, ping pong and racquetball.  Players use a Pickle Ball racquet and hit a wiffle ball over a low net.  The game is played in the Dome.


Senior Softball:  all levels welcome, male and female, no teams, just free play. Come join the fun in the Dome!

For pool and group fitness class availability please see the pool and class schedules. 
For dome and track availability - Weekday open times are abundant.  If you are planning to visit the dome/track in the evening (after 5pm) and/or the weekends, we recommend that you call ahead for open times.
