Star Hill will reopen on Monday, June 22nd.
Facility hours will be modified to start. Hours will be:
Monday - Friday 6:00am-7:30pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-12:00 noon
Pool Temperature is back in a normal range (81-83 degrees) so we will no longer post the temperature daily. Thank you for your patience.

Adult Soccer Leagues
Adult soccer leagues forming now. Men's C (Sundays), Over 40 (Wednesdays), and Over 30 (Thursdays) all forming. Scheduled to start mid-March. Registration information can be found HERE

GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All in One: You'll get a little of everything in this class; calorie burning cardio and toning with a variety of equipment . This is a well-rounded workout and excellent for people who are returning to exercise.
Aqua Aerobics: An energizing, low impact water fitness class that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises.
Barre: Choreographed combinations of Dance, Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. This low impact, high intensity class is great for all ages and fitness levels.
Body Balance: This mind/body flow will align the senses and leave you feeling stronger, more balanaced and maybe even a little bit more Zen!
Cycle: Pedal your way to cardiovascular fitness while building strength and endurance in a high energy class.
Gentle Yoga: Perfect for those new to yoga or those just looking to stretch, lengthen tight muscles, unwind and breathe.
Group Fight™: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total-body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! Tabata: A fast paced interval workout that utilizes compound full body exercises to challenge your cardiovascular system and build strength
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is beneficial for defense training but more important to your overall health. Balance and agility are challenged and improved during this slow moving martial art technique for all ages.
Yoga: The practice of different postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Balance and full body relaxation are the goals of this class.
Zumba™: This "Latin Inspired" class leaves you invigorated. The class offers tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy. The class features interval training techniques where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the bodywhile burning fat.
Zumba Gold™: A full body workout at a slower pace than Zumba. It is ideal for beginners, seniors and anyone that enjoys international music and dance movements. Come join the party and learn this fun effective way to work out.
Pickle Ball: The fastest growing sport that incorporates tennis, badminton, ping pong and racquetball. Players use a Pickle Ball racquet and hit a wiffle ball over a low net. The game is played in the Dome.
Senior Softball: all levels welcome, male and female, no teams, just free play. Come join the fun in the Dome!
