Star Hill is offering Athletic Performance Training for athletes ages 9 and above. Our program will help your athlete maximize their performance and decrease the risk of injuries.
Performance on the field is greatly influenced by each athlete’s ability to accelerate, change direction and reach top running speed. Athletes will participate in a variety of speed movements, agility drills, and strength progressions that are designed to improve: acceleration, maximum velocity, multidirectional movement (agility), foot speed, power and strength.
Our goal is to help each individual get the most out of their athletic ability. You will see an increase in your overall quickness, balance, agility, speed, conditioning, and strength. Choose from training twice a week (Tuesday & Thursdays) for 6 weeks, or once a week (Fridays) for 12 weeks.
